Manner's wholemeal wafers are perfect for those who love classic neapolitaner wafers but prefer to follow a conscious diet. Crunchy wafers made from 100% whole wheat. A special type of grain with few bitter substances is used. Manner wholemeal wafers contain 30% less sugar than the classic original Manner neapolitaners. Conventional sugar is partially replaced by the so-called oligofructose. This natural sugar tastes less sweet and at the same time increases the fiber content of the wafers. About 17% fiber: Dietary fiber is good for digestion and metabolism, among other things. The cocoa in the hazelnut cream is UTZ certified and is processed directly by Manner, from the roasting of the cocoa bean to the finished product. Like all Manner products, whole grain wafers contain no artificial colors, preservatives or hydrogenated fats. Wholemeal wafers are suitable for those who follow a vegan diet.
