After his death, he left the reins of the small company in the hands of his son Antimo who in 1939 bought the mill of San Giovanni a Teduccio, home to the current production plant of the company, now led by the owners Eugenio and Carmine and by their son Antimo. Since then, Molino Caputo has been the guardian of the ancient tradition of Neapolitan millers: the production of soft wheat flour that combines the most modern processing techniques with the values ​​of the past, to preserve and guarantee the high quality of the products.
