It was 1913 when Giacinto Callipo founded the company in Pizzo, a splendid Calabrian town known since ancient times for tuna fishing and traps. The company, the first in Calabria and among the first in Italy to can the prized Mediterranean Tuna, has made Quality First and foremost its main mission since its foundation, so much so that in 1926 it was awarded the "Official Supplier" patent of the Real House. 109 years have passed since then and they have never failed to adhere to that principle, a "way of being" which continues to represent a cornerstone around which all activity revolves, aware that this is the secret of success.
