Description

The grapes were destemmed, pressed and transferred to stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation took place, which lasted 8-10 days at a controlled temperature of less than 26°C. Malolactic fermentation is finished by the beginning of winter. This was then followed by a period of further refinement, first in steel for around 8 months and then in the bottle for another 4 months.
