Cooking cream treated with UHT system which consists in bringing the cream to a high temperature for a few seconds. The UHT heat treatment inactivates the bacterial load present in the cream making it hygienically safe. Subsequent packaging in aseptic conditions and the use of sterilized and air and light protective packaging allow the product to last longer. For a better presentation it is recommended to open the package and mix the product before use. The product is intended for all individuals compatibly with their state of health.
