In the local dialect Burdese means Bordeaux and refers to the classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. It is a red wine of great density, structure and balance, produced in limited quantities from selected vineyards. Burdese is a great wine for aging that offers a complexity of aromas and flavors, fruit of the Sicilian sun. Deep ruby ​​color, the nose expresses a rich and concentrated profile, composed of intertwining spices, red fruit, black cherry in alcohol, hints of leather, earth, cocoa. A balsamic, almost mentholated frame opens to a full, decisive taste.
