The Mutti pulp maintains all the freshness of the freshly picked tomato. It is a unique product because it combines the pulpy part of tomato juice, chopped into very fine pieces. It is the ideal choice in fish-based preparations and for all recipes that require the use of raw summer tomato, which it resembles in its aroma, slightly herbaceous taste and bright red color. The Mutti pulp has a higher water content than the puree and it is for this reason that it is also ideal for cooking at high temperatures (such as in the oven), or for long cooking.
