In San Marzano, viticulture has a thousand-year history, which can be seen in its oldest vineyards, rich in centuries-old clones. From this precious heritage of bush-trained vineyards over sixty years old, a wine is born, which is the most beautiful story of the territory. It is produced with a careful selection of the best grapes, which come from old bush-trained vineyards in the countryside of the municipalities of San Marzano and Sava. It is aged in French and American oak barriques for 12 months, a very intense and elegant ruby red color, a broad and complex aroma, fruity, with hints of plums, cherry jam and notes of tobacco, slightly spicy. A full-bodied wine, soft and rich in noble tannins, with a finish that offers notes of cocoa, coffee and vanilla.
