Anticaia Primitivo IGP - Cantina San Donaci is a Salento wine obtained from pure Primitivo grapes, from vineyards cultivated between the provinces of Brindisi and Lecce. Anticaia Primitivo IGP presents itself to the eye with a deep ruby ​​red color, followed by the nose by intense aromas of ripe red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. In the mouth the flavor is dry, with an excellent body and a clear alcoholic note accompanied by a strong tannin that makes this Salento wine ideal with aged cheeses, pasta with Bolognese ragù, cacciatore-style white meats.
