Anticaia - Negroamaro IGP Salento is a Salento wine obtained from Negroamaro grapes grown in the area of Lecce and Brindisi. At sight Anticaia - Cantine San Donaci has a ruby red color with purple reflections. The aroma expresses notes of ripe fruit, small red fruits such as currant, black mulberry, blackberry and black cherry, followed by sweet and balsamic spicy tones. This Salento wine, dry on the palate, with a light final note reminiscent of bitter almond, goes perfectly with seasoned cured meats and medium-seasoned cheeses, meat-based first courses, both white and red meats with sauce and roast.
