Red color, intense aroma, pleasantly spicy. Important and balanced in the mouth, persistent finish. Grapes hand-picked in the areas of Manduria and Sava after a slight over-ripening. It rests for a few months in small oak barrels to enrich it with fruity and spicy notes, resulting in a soft and full-bodied wine.
