Salice Salentino aged in barriques with an intense red color with a garnet edge. The nose releases aromas of blueberry jam and blackcurrant, spicy notes of vanilla, licorice and toasted nuances. In the mouth it is full and velvety, rich in elegant tannins. It is recommended to pair it with roasts, game and mature cheeses.
