Donna Marzia Primitivo La Tradizione IGP Salento, this wine is obtained from 100% primitivo grapes. Manual harvesting of the grapes when they are overripe, soft pressing and controlled fermentation, aging in wood. This Primitivo di Manduria has an intense red color. The nose reveals aromas of ripe fruit and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is velvety, soft and with a good structure.
