Giglio Oro sunflower seed oil is a natural source of vitamin E. It resists well in cooking; raw is a delicate and light condiment, particularly suitable for preparing mayonnaises, pickles and delicate sauces for seasoning raw foods, for frying and for all cooking uses. It reaches its smoke point at about 225°C.
