Butter has a very ancient origin that dates back to over 1,500 years before the birth of Christ in India. But still today it is obtained from the whipping of cream that derives from milk or whey. Of course, the freshness of this simple ingredient is fundamental: the shorter the time between the production of the cream and their transformation, the fewer treatments needed and the better the butter obtained. Pasteurization and maturation then intervene to perfect the organoleptic qualities of the product. In addition to freshness, also the pasteurization of the cream, their multiple washing, the addition of lactic ferments, are other "ingredients" that make the Soresina recipe unique. Thanks to the daily collection of milk, Latteria Soresina is able to apply these techniques with methodology and wisdom to offer products that are always good. The butter in a pan derives from the selection of the best milk and whey cream, today also in the lactose-free variant; the "Gourmet" version, specially formulated for pastry, combines a rich taste with a high yield in processing. The butter packaged in the golden yellow can is the best known and appreciated by consumers, gastronomes and restaurateurs: unique for its delicacy, aroma and clean taste, characteristics deriving from the use of selected lactic ferments and the best fresh milk cream now available in three formats of 500, 250 and 125g. The latest addition to the family is Gran Soresina Butter, produced with very fresh cream from the dairies of the same name, and presented in the new formats of 100 g, 200 g and 400 g.
