Our story begins almost a hundred years ago from the fabric shop that Nonna Francesca opened in 1913 in Chatillon, in the Aosta Valley. In the 1930s, her son Piero brought our fabrics to Turin, creating a company specialized in weaving linings, cotton fabrics and interiors for tailors, followed by two other factories in Ivrea and Canavese. In the 1980s, her sons Gianni and Arrigo expanded the Castellamonte complex, which is still the main headquarters today. Manifattura Pezzetti became a structured group in those years, incorporating other companies such as Tessitura Serica Piemontese, Filtex of Novara and Tessalpi of Lurate Caccivio (Como). With this in mind, in 1994 the Soieries Vincent in Annonay, near Lyon, were acquired. In 2011, a new investment was made for commercial expansion with the opening of new representative offices in Colleretto Giacosa, on the hills of Ivrea. Furthermore, in 2016, Tesso Fabrics was acquired for the production of yarn-dyed linings in cupro, silk and cotton. Today Manifattura Pezzetti is a leader in the sector in Italy and Europe, with a production capacity of 8.5 million meters. We aim for the best for our customers! For this reason, we are the first in Italy to have created our virtual showroom that makes it possible to explore the linings in detail, access in-depth content until you get to configure your completely customized product. We also boast the renowned ability to create quality linings with digital printing that are unique in their kind.
