Our story began way back in 1925, in an Italy and a world of other times. At the time, Molino Favero was a local point of reference for the artisanal production of flour and the milling of soft wheat and corn; a family-run company, operating in the regional and subsequently national territory according to the traditions that have always animated the milling art in our country. Thanks to the success achieved and constant investments aimed at excellence, during its natural evolution, it was in the 1970s that the company began to expand into the retail world. The initial objective of flour production and trade thus begins its narrowing of focus, focusing on nutrition and the frontiers of development aided by new technologies. This is how in the 1990s the plants were completely converted to the processing of corn only, a cereal that was gaining central importance for various industrial applications.
