Panasonic Italia, the Italian branch of Panasonic Corporation, was founded in 1980. It has approximately 130 employees and 100 agents. Its headquarters are in Milan in Viale Dell'Innovazione n.3 and markets its products through 5 main divisions: Consumer, Professional Products, Air Conditioning, Industry and Battery. Thanks to an extensive commercial network and widespread coverage of the assistance network in the area, Panasonic Italia is able to advise its customers by guiding them in the exceptional offer of products and integrated solutions for the office and leisure, and supporting them with a proven and efficient after-sales service. In order to guarantee maximum correctness and transparency in the management of business and corporate activities, Panasonic Italia has adopted the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, although this is not mandatory, but merely optional. Through the adoption of this Model, Panasonic Italia intends to raise awareness among all those who operate in the name and on behalf of the company so that their behavior in carrying out their work is always characterized by the most complete correctness and clarity, and thus prevents the risk of incurring the crimes envisaged by the Decree itself. The task of supervising the functioning and observance of the Model and of ensuring its updating has been entrusted to the Supervisory Body, a body with autonomous powers of initiative and control.
