4 Luppoli Organoleptic profile The unfiltered 4 luppoli is born from a historical recipe and the experience of our master brewers, a drinkable beer with a fresh and thirst-quenching flavour, in which the aromas of the hops and the fragrances of the malt integrate with the gentle roughness of the yeast . A light, bottom-fermented, balanced beer with a hazy appearance. Dominant hops: Cascade Hop varieties: 4 Cascade hops A hop variety of American origin. Its slightly spicy aroma and citrus notes, reminiscent of grapefruit, give our beer a truly special touch. Thanks to the collaboration with a small excellence that has been growing hops in the province of Modena since 2014, our Master Brewers have perfected the original recipe using a Cascade hop grown in Italy as the 4th dominant hop.
