Bianco d'Alessano is a white grape variety whose exact origin is not known, many indicate it as a native of this land, the Itria Valley. In this area there are traces of it already in some writings of 1870 in which it is said that some noble families of the time had included it in the collections in their possession, attesting to the excellence of the must. Cupa is a Bianco d'Alessano vinified in purity. Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections in youth, with delicate floral and white fruit aromas, including pear and peach. Fresh, mineral, long on the palate. It is a wine with an important body, structured, well balanced with an exceptional predisposition to aging. It is a wine that requires patience and offers exceptional performance with aging. The structure of this wine makes it suitable to accompany appetizers, soups, first courses based on fish and white meats, vegetables and cheeses with delicate flavors.
